Oaklands

The Oaklands are mixed-use buildings at Old Oak Common , London, UK. Oaklands consist of 3 buildings. Our scope of work was to design post tensioned slabs and beams for two of them. We have designed 3 levels of building A and 25 levels of building B. We have also done design audit for three PT slabs. Design was done according to Eurocode and TR43 second edition using Ram Concept and RAPT software. Typical levels are 205mm deep post-tensioned slab apart from balcony area which is typically 180mm deep. Spans are up to 8.8m.
