Art`otel Hoxton

Project is situated in Shoreditch, London. Our scope of work was to design post tensioned slabs and beams for cylindrical building and adjacent low-rise part. Cylindrical building is 26 storeys high above the ground. You can find in the building apart from hotel, few levels of workspace, gym, spa, pool cinema, restaurants, bars and lounges. Two original Banksy artworks are placed on the façade of the building. Design was done according to Eurocode using Ram Concept software. Typical levels are 230mm deep post-tensioned slab. Spans are up to 9.5m.
