St. Albans Road

Project is situated in Watford near London. Our scope of work was to design reinforced concrete slabs and beams for 3 blocks and 2 buildings. Two of these blocks are connected with balcony. One of the buildings is 10 storeys high, other one is 7 storeys high above the ground. Buildings are designed as residential with underground parking. Design was done according to Eurocode using Ram Concept software. Typical levels are 250mm deep reinforced concrete slab. Spans are up to 7.5m.
